All our prices include VAT so the price you see is the price you pay:

Standard HIP* (registered freehold property)	£250 inc VAT
Enhanced HIP** (registered freehold property)	£290 inc VAT

* Standard HIPs are supplied on USB flash drive and include an energy performance certificate and all other compulsory documents.
** Enhanced HIPs also include a coal authority search and home contents form. A printed and bound copy is also supplied.

Unregistered and leasehold properties occasionally incur additional fees.
You can check if your property is registered with the Land Registry here.
Prices quoted are for properties up to £400 000 market valuation and with postcodes beginning:
DH all, DL14,15,16,17, SR7,8, TS28,29, NE38. Other postcodes add £30 inc VAT.
