Energy Performance Certificates

An energy performance certificate (EPC) is included in every home information pack. For the rental market and those wishing to assemble their own HIP we provide standalone EPCs

Each EPC shows how energy efficient a home is and the impact it has on the environment through calculated CO2 emissions.  The results are illustrated through an A-G grading system similar in appearance to those used on large domestic appliances. The certificate also includes recommendations on how to improve the energy efficiency of the home. A domestic energy assessor or home inspector who is fully accredited and insured completes the assessment.
